Psychology At Work

They are behavioural and assessment specialists, who assist individuals, teams and organisations to better understand and improve the way they behave and function.
With that in mind, I thought of designing an iconised brain-labyrinth* image (symbolising the intellectual development) which expands into a phoenix (symbolising rebirth). The encompassing split circle symbolises the two halves of the brain – logical and creative.

(*a labyrinth differs from a maze, in the sense that it has only one entrance that leads to the centre and retraces its path back to the exit]
